Syringe Services Program Guidelines for Health Departments
NASTAD, the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors, and UCHAPS, the Urban Coalition for HIV/AIDS Prevention Services, have published a set of guidelines to help state and local health departments develop and implement syringe services programs. You can download them here.
